    Our Warranty

    Our digital products have a replacement warranty, if your digital product does not activate, you have 14 days to open an RMA request with us, we will process your request, and we may also ask for photo evidence of the activation attempt, or video evidence, if we accept your complaint, we will send you a new product key.

    Game Codes Physical Products Sold on the Site:

    Our physical products have a replacement warranty, if for any reason the product is not as it should be or has a technical defect, you must open an RMA request with us within 14 days after you have received your item, we will process your RMA request, and if you are eligible for a replacement product we will send it to you automatically, you do not need to send the defective product to us.

    Please note that we may ask for photo or video evidence during the warranty claim. We do not cover damage caused by yourself or defects in the product due to incorrect installation. You must be able to prove that the error is not your fault. Thank you for your understanding.
