Our Refund Policy Our digital product keys have a replacement warranty, if your product does not work, or you are unable to activate the product, we will replace the product with a new activation key, however, you must be able to prove the non-functioning. Our refund policy is based on the suppliers of our digital products, so as a reseller we cannot influence their terms, therefore we must offer the terms we receive ourselves. If your digital product is non-functioning, you must activate the RMA request within 7 days of your purchase. When your RMA request is activated by us, we always investigate the case individually and inform you of the result, if you are entitled to a replacement digital product we will send it to you automatically, you do not need to keep the non-functioning product, but please note that we may ask for evidence in the form of a screenshot or video during the RMA processing. When you make a purchase with us, our 7-day warranty is activated immediately, we base our 7-day warranty on it, because it is a digital product, it is usually activated immediately after purchase, in addition, we also have to follow the requirements of our suppliers so that we can get a refund for a non-working digital product ourselves. Please note, however, that our products are new and unused, and they should work as such, you can also do business with us without worry, because we only work with reliable suppliers, with whom we ourselves have experience, sometimes it is possible that the product is defective for one reason or another, that is why we offer replacement warranty terms.
